Durant, Okla., (January 5, 2023) – It’s easy to get in the groove every Friday and Saturday night at Gilley’s at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant with free live music. Gilley’s DJ kicks off the fun at 7 p.m. to get the crowd ready for a night of great music, and the bands take the stage at 9:30 p.m.

Gilley’s features some of the largest up-and-coming artists in the region and brings favorite tribute bands to the stage. Check out January’s talented musical lineup:

Friday, January 6

Hayden Haddock’s traditional, authentic style of country music has solidified his spot as a staple in the Red Dirt Country scene. His songs are gaining millions of streams across major music platforms and have reached the Top 10 on The Texas country music charts. His music is deeply influenced by George Strait, Eric Church, Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi and Clay Walker.

Silverado is a country music cover band from Dallas that plays the ‘80s and ‘90s country mullet music, complete with costumes.

Tanner Legg & The Heaters is a country and western, southern rock band out of Sherman, Texas.

Josh Ward has nine consecutive No. 1 hit singles on the Texas Regional Radio charts, more than 2 million views on YouTube and 3 million Spotify streams. His most recent album, “More Than I Deserve,” is emotional and kicks up the kind of country music nostalgia Ward’s fans come to expect.

Travis Kidd is a Tulsa musician who incorporates classic and southern rock, country, blues and folk elements into his music. An acclaimed guitar player, Kidd is often included within Red Dirt circles, but his love for his home state and regional influences shines through to create a sound that can be described as “Oklahoma music.”

Back in Black is an AC/DC tribute band based in Dallas-Fort Worth. These experienced musicians are dedicated to AC/DC’s sound, look and excitement. They put on a high-energy reproduction of a concert performance and include tribute performances of Bon Scott and Brian Johnson.

Saturday, January 28

Def Leggend is an authentic Def Leppard Tribute band composed of experienced Dallas musicians. Often referred to as “the next best thing to Def Leppard,” Def Leggend gives a concert-level performance that leaves the audience stating they just watched the best Def Leppard Tribute band ever.
