Durant, OK (June 30, 2024) – Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant announced its first millionaire of the season early Sunday morning, as part of the 2024 edition of  3 Months. 3 Millionaires.  A 30-year-old woman from North Texas who chose to remain anonymous was declared the winner of the first $1 million grand prize drawing of the summer. She is one of three Rewards Club members who will become instant millionaires, as Choctaw Casinos will give away a total of $5.8 million this summer.

“I couldn’t believe it,” the North Texas woman said. “I was just beaming that my name was called. I was teasing my husband that they were going to call his name, and then they called mine. I still can’t believe it.”

She and her husband plan to travel and pay off their recently purchased home with part of her winnings. They enjoy visiting Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant on a monthly basis and came this evening for a night out. She said she would highly encourage other Rewards Club members to start earning entries for the next two drawings.

The two remaining million-dollar drawings will be held on July 27 and August 24 at 1 a.m., and winners must be present to claim the prize. Players started earning entries for the million-dollar drawings on May 26 at 12 a.m. For details and rules, please visit 3 Months. 3 Millionaires.

Last summer, players from across the country participated in the 3 Months. 3 Millionaires. giveaway, with all three winners hailing from North Texas. The first winner, Brittany Juarez, is a Kaufman native and a small business owner whose life was changed when she won $1 million in June 2023.

Rosa Guia, a Lancaster native who worked at an embroidery graphics company, retired after winning $1 million in July 2023. She also used her winnings to help her family and take trips with her husband, such as their recent visit to Mexico City. Guia is still an avid Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant visitor and is playing to win again in this year’s promotion.

“It was one million blessings for me and my family,” Guia said. “It wasn’t hard to win, and I am excited to play 3 Months. 3 Millionaires again this year. I enjoy coming to Choctaw, and I tell everyone about it.”

The third and final winner of 2023 was Stephanie S. from North Texas.

While guests are racking up entries into 3M3M this summer, they’ll also be earning rewards points with the new and improved Choctaw Rewards Club program. The rewards club was updated in 2023, when Choctaw became the first casino brand in the region to bring customers an all-encompassing rewards program, across all Choctaw Casinos, where guests can earn points on both gaming and select resort spending like dining, shopping and more.
