House Rules
- All gaming Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years old to wager; proof of age may be required. A valid government-issued photo ID must be provided upon request.
- Minors are prohibited from being left unattended on the casino premises.
- Minors are prohibited from being on the casino gaming floor even when attended by an adult.
- Minors are permitted to utilize the designated pathways for travel throughout the facility only when attended by an adult.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts and its Associates are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of any items, including, but not limited to, gaming machine tickets, credits, cash, chips, personal items or Rewards Club Cards.
- Any type of theft, criminal or other unlawful activity will not be tolerated and may result in a ban and/or prosecution.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts and its Associates are not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles on casino premises.
- Destruction of any property on Choctaw Casinos & Resorts premises is strictly prohibited.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to ban Guests for any reason including, but not limited to: loitering, solicitation, failure to comply with staff instructions, criminal activity, cheating, offensive language, obscene gestures, threats, fights or harassment toward another Guest or Casino Associate. Banned Guests are not allowed to enter and/or use any of the services or privileges of any
Choctaw Casino for the length of the ban. - Some gaming machine payouts may be based on winning bingo or pull-tab patterns.
- Two (2) different forms of identification are required for jackpot payouts of $1200 or more, one of which must be a valid government-issued photo ID. If the required identification cannot be provided, the unclaimed jackpot will be held for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of the win and after the one hundred eighty (180) days it will be forfeited.
- Tort and Prize Claim information is available upon request.
- All jackpots must be claimed by the Guest who made the original wager at the time the jackpot was won.
- At the discretion of Casino Management, Guests may be limited to one (1) gaming machine/table position.
- Malfunction of games/machines voids all pays and plays.
- Bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by Casino Security.
- Firearms and/or illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Outside food and/or drinks are prohibited.
- Only service animals are permitted on the casino premises. Please register your service animal with a Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Guests are only allowed access to public areas of the casino. All visitors must sign in and out with Casino Security and receive a visitor’s badge to access restricted areas.
- The maximum amount of cash that can be paid to a Guest may vary by casino, therefore a casino check made payable to the winner may be issued when necessary and at the sole discretion of Casino Management.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts offer cash advances, ATMs, and Check Cashing Services at select locations for Guests’ convenience.
- All gaming machine tickets are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date printed.
- Abandoned credits/tickets are property of the casino. The redemption or collection of abandoned credits/tickets is not permitted at any time. (Ticket Stacking)
- Departmental rules are in place to ensure the integrity of our casino. Any violation may result in disqualification of the current and/ or future eligibility to participate in Casino sponsored events and/or promotions.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts reserve the right to delete or modify any promotion at any time without notice.
- No prize amount shall be paid in excess of the maximum advertised prize amount for the game played.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts comply with applicable Title 31 and IRS regulations. We reserve the right to require additional identifying information.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or exclude any Guest.
- All Guests must vacate the premises when required by Casino Management, Casino Security and/ or Tribal Law Enforcement.
- Appropriate attire is required at all times.
- Guests who are suspected of “gang affiliation” by gathering in groups of two (2) or more persons that have a common identifying sign or symbol or an identifiable leadership that suggest affiliation with a “gang” (including flashing of hand signs, displaying logos or the wearing of any clothing or attire such as sagging pants, shirts, jewelry, bandannas, beanies or hats that suggest gang affiliation) may be required to leave
the premises. - Guests who use obscene language, obscene gestures, racial, religious or ethnic slurs which could create disturbance, or disrupt the peace of customers, retailers and/or Associates of the property, may be required to leave the premises.
- No unauthorized use of photographic, audio or video devices on Casino premises.
- Guests must be twenty-one (21) years old to purchase, consume or otherwise obtain alcohol and proof of age will be required. A valid (non-expired) government issued photo ID must be provided upon request.
- All alcoholic beverages sold within the Casino are prohibited from leaving the premises.

- Any identified Guest who is on the Casino Trespass Admonishment or Self-Exclusion List will forfeit any promotional items, tickets and/or chips in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100) or more obtained as a result of a wager within Choctaw Casinos.
- If you see an unattended package, please immediately contact Casino Security or Casino Management.
- The benefits of the Choctaw Rewards Club program are solely intended for the use of the person listed on the account. Choctaw Rewards Club Cards may only be used to track play and accumulate points of the account holder. Any misuse of the Choctaw Rewards Club Cards or improper play as determined by Casino Management, in its sole discretion, may result in forfeiture of all Choctaw Rewards Club points, comp dollars, coupons and benefits, and may result in the revocation of Choctaw Rewards Club membership and/or being excluded from all Choctaw Casinos.
