Where to celebrate the Fourth of July across Choctaw Nation

DURANT, Okla. (June 12, 2024)- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts is ready to celebrate the Fourth of July with fireworks, live entertainment and plenty of chances to win big!

Firework Shows:

  • Choctaw Casino & Resort – Grant: July 3 at dusk
  • Choctaw Landing: July 3 at 9 p.m.
  • Choctaw Casino – Stringtown: July 3 at 9:30 p.m.
  • Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant: July 4 at 9:30 p.m.

Broken Bow

Get ready for a fun night of live entertainment at Choctaw Casino – Broken Bow, where the Living Proof Band will perform a free concert on Saturday, July 6 at 9 p.m. On Thursday, July 4, there will be drawings every 30 minutes from 1-7 p.m. for a chance to win up to $1,500 with the Declaration of Cash promotion.

Durant

Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant has a stacked lineup of events and entertainment for the Fourth of July, with the Doobie Brothers and the Robert Cray Band performing on Wednesday, July 3 at 8 p.m., Brett Young and Niko Moon taking the stage on Friday, July 5 at 8 p.m. and A Day to Remember with The Story So Far performing on Saturday, July 6 at 8 p.m.

On Thursday, July 4, fireworks will start at roughly 9:30 p.m. Guests can also participate in the Gold Medal Multiplier on July 4 with a $1,000 cash prize every hour from 3-8 p.m. On Saturday, July 6, players have a chance to win a share of over $200,000 during the 3 Months 3 Millionaires promotion. There will be a $50,000 drawing at 3 p.m., $10,000 every hour from 4 p.m.-12 a.m. and a $100,000 at 1 a.m.

Stop by Gilley’s on July 4 for a full rack of ribs and French fries for $38 and a half rack for $28 or order a Bomb  Pop special for just $8 made with Grenadine, Celbri Vodka and Blue Curacao from any floor bar to get the full red, white and blue effect.

Hotel guests can spend the holiday at AQUA where DJ 13lackbeard will perform at 2 p.m. on July 4-6. There will also be a special TITO’s activation on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7 from 1- 4 p.m.

Grant

Choctaw Casino & Resort – Grant is kicking off Fourth of July weekend with fireworks at dusk on Wednesday, July 3.

On Friday, July 5, players have a chance to win their share of over $30,000 in Freedom Fridays, with drawings every hour from 5 p.m.-1 a.m. You can also participate in the $200,000 All-American Giveaway on Saturday, July 6 with drawings from 1 p.m.-1 a.m.

On Saturday, July 6, Grand Funk Railroad will perform at Stage 271 at 8 p.m. with tickets starting at $35.

Hochatown

Head to Choctaw Nation’s newest resort, Choctaw Landing, on Wednesday, July 3 for fireworks at 9 p.m. Stop by Cypress Lawn where all food containers will be open from 5 p.m.-midnight and Justus Denied will perform a free concert at 9:30 p.m.

Live entertainment will continue throughout the weekend with free shows from Cole Scoggins on Thursday, RD Cavinder Boss Road on Friday and Whiskey River Road on Saturday.

Idabel

Seth Reid and the Coyotes will take the stage on Friday, July 5 at 9 p.m. for a free concert at Choctaw Casino – Idabel. On Thursday, July 4, there will be drawings every 30 minutes from 1-7 p.m. for a chance to win up to $1,500 with the Declaration of Cash promotion.

McAlester

Stop by Choctaw Casino – McAlester on Thursday, July 4 for a chance to win up to $1,776 in cash with the Declaration of Cash promotion. One name will be drawn every 30 minutes from 4-7:30 p.m. for $250 in free play, and the winner of $1,776 will be drawn at 8 p.m.

Pocola

Celebrate the Fourth of July with live music at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola! The Moonshine Bandits will be at CenterStage on Wednesday, July 3 at 8 p.m. with tickets just $25 each.

On Thursday, July 4, don’t miss the chance to walk away with up to $3,000 cash in Independence Kachingo. You can earn 50 tier credits from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and drawings will be held every hour from Noon-8 p.m. On Saturday, July 6, players can win up to $10,000 with Chomp Change. Drawings will be held every hour from 12 p.m.-2 a.m.

Stringtown

Head to Choctaw Casino – Stringtown on Wednesday, July 3 for an evening of fun. Food vendors will be on the property at 6 p.m. and live entertainment will begin at 7 p.m. Fireworks will start at 9:30 p.m.

Guests can also head inside for the Red, White and Blue promotion, with drawings every hour from 6-11 p.m. The grand prize of $1,776 will be drawn at 11 p.m.
