House Rules
- All gaming Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years old to wager; proof of age may be required. A valid government-issued photo ID must be provided upon request.
- Minors are prohibited from being left unattended on the casino premises.
- Minors are prohibited from being on the casino gaming floor even when attended by an adult.
- Minors are permitted to utilize the designated pathways for travel throughout the facility only when attended by an adult.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts and its Associates are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of any items, including, but not limited to, gaming machine tickets, credits, cash, chips, personal items or Rewards Club Cards.
- Any type of theft, criminal or other unlawful activity will not be tolerated and may result in a ban and/or prosecution.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts and its Associates are not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles on casino premises.
- Destruction of any property on Choctaw Casinos & Resorts premises is strictly prohibited.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to ban Guests for any reason including, but not limited to: loitering, solicitation, failure to comply with staff instructions, criminal activity, cheating, offensive language, obscene gestures, threats, fights or harassment toward another Guest or Casino Associate. Banned Guests are not allowed to enter and/or use any of the services or privileges of any Choctaw Casino for the length of the ban.
- Some gaming machine payouts may be based on winning bingo or pull-tab patterns.
- Two (2) different forms of identification are required for jackpot payouts of $1,200 or more, one of which must be a valid government-issued photo ID. If a temporary driver’s license (or state issued ID) is provided, the expired driver’s license (or expired state issued ID) may also be provided.
- If the required identification for a jackpot payout cannot be provided, the unclaimed jackpot (or funds) may be held for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of the win and after the one hundred eighty (180) days, it will be forfeited.
- All jackpots must be claimed by the Guest who made the original wager at the time the jackpot was won.
- Tort and Prize Claim Information is available upon request.
- At the discretion of Casino Management, Guests may be limited to one (1) gaming machine/table position.
- Malfunction of games/machines voids all pays and plays.
- Bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by Casino Security.
- Firearms and/or illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Outside food and/or drinks are prohibited.
- Only service animals are permitted on the casino premises. Please register your service animal with a Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Guests are only allowed access to public areas of the casino. All visitors must sign in and out with Casino Security and receive a visitor’s badge to access restricted areas.
- The maximum amount of cash that can be paid to a Guest may vary by casino, therefore a casino check made payable to the winner may be issued when necessary and at the sole discretion of Casino Management.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts offer cash advances, ATMs, and Check Cashing Services at select locations for Guests’ convenience.
- All gaming machine tickets are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date printed.
- Abandoned credits/tickets are property of the casino. The redemption or collection of abandoned credits/tickets is not permitted at any time. (Ticket Stacking)
- Departmental rules are in place to ensure the integrity of our casino. Any violation may result in disqualification of the current and/ or future eligibility to participate in Casino sponsored events and/or promotions.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts reserve the right to delete or modify any promotion at any time without notice.
- No prize amount shall be paid in excess of the maximum advertised prize amount for the game played.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts comply with applicable Title 31 and IRS regulations. We reserve the right to require additional identifying information.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or exclude any Guest.
- All Guests must vacate the premises when required by Casino Management, Casino Security and/ or Tribal Law Enforcement.
- Appropriate attire is required at all times.
- Guests who are suspected of “gang affiliation” by gathering in groups of two (2) or more persons that have a common identifying sign or symbol or an identifiable leadership that suggest affiliation with a “gang” (including flashing of hand signs, displaying logos or the wearing of any clothing or attire such as sagging pants, shirts, jewelry, bandanas, beanies or hats that suggest gang affiliation) may be required to leave the premises.
- Guests who use obscene language, obscene gestures, racial, religious, or ethnic slurs which could create disturbance, or disrupt the peace of customers, retailers and/or Associates of the property, may be required to leave the premises.
- Professional filming and/or photography equipment is prohibited without prior consent from management. Guests are prohibited from filming or photographing any live table game or active slot machine. Management reserves the right to prohibit any filming/photography as deemed necessary.
- Guests must be twenty-one (21) years old to purchase, consume or otherwise obtain alcohol and proof of age will be required. A valid (non- expired) government issued photo ID must be provided upon request.
- All alcoholic beverages sold within the Casino are prohibited from leaving the premises.
- Federal and Tribal Law do not allow for the possession or consumption of medical or recreational marijuana on tribal property.
- Any identified Guest who is on the Casino Trespass Admonishment or Self- Exclusion List will forfeit any promotional items, tickets and/or chips in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100) or more obtained as a result of a wager within Choctaw Casinos.
- If you see an unattended package, please immediately contact Casino Security or Casino Management.
- The benefits of the Choctaw Rewards Club program are solely intended for the use of the person listed on the account. Choctaw Rewards Club Cards may only be used to track play and accumulate points of the account holder. Any misuse of the Choctaw Rewards Club Cards or improper play as determined by Casino Management, in its sole discretion, may result in forfeiture of all Choctaw Rewards Club points, comp dollars, coupons and benefits, and may result in the revocation of Choctaw Rewards Club membership and/or being excluded from all Choctaw Casinos.

- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts are committed to helping Guests with compulsive gambling tendencies. - Choctaw Casinos & Resorts expressly reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these House Rules, from time to time, and at any time.
Prize Claim
A prize claim form can be obtained from any Choctaw Casinos & Resorts Supervisor or Manager on Duty.
- A prize claim notice may be obtained from any Choctaw Casinos & Resorts Supervisor or Manager on Duty.
- All prize claim notices should be signed and completed by the claimant.
- All notices of prize claims and Guest complaints must be under oath.
- Any Guest having a prize claim shall file a written prize claim notice by delivery or mail to the Choctaw Nation Gaming Commission (“CNGC”) at PO Box 5229 Durant, OK 74702.
- The date the prize claim notice is received by the CNGC will be the official date of file.
- The prize claim notice shall be filed within ten (10) days of the event which is the basis of
the claim. - Failure to file the prize claim notice within ten (10) days shall forever bar such prize claim.
- The maximum amount of any prize claim shall be the amount of the prize which the claimant establishes he or she was entitled to be awarded (or “prize limit”).
- The CNGC will promptly review, investigate and make a determination regarding the prize claim. Claimants should cooperate in providing information, including personal sworn statements and agreeing to be interviewed. The claimant is permitted to have counsel present during any such interviews.
- Any portion of a prize claim which is unresolved shall be deemed denied if the CNGC fails to notify the claimant in writing of its approval within thirty (30) days of the filing date, unless the parties agree by written agreement to extend the date. Each extension shall be for no more than thirty (30) days.
- A judicial proceeding for any cause arising from a prize claim may be filed only if the following requirements have been met:
a. The claimant has followed all prize claim procedures, including without limitation, the
delivery of a valid and timely written prize claim notice to the CNGC,
b. The CNGC has denied the prize claim, and
c. The claimant has filed the judicial proceeding no later than the 180th day after denial of the claim by the CNGC; provided that neither the claimant nor the CNGC may agree to extend the time to commence a judicial proceeding. - The Choctaw Nation will grant consent to suit in a court of competent jurisdiction with respect to a prize claim only if the requirements listed above in #11 have been met.
- By signing and submitting this claim form, the undersigned acknowledges the claim arises on land over which the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma has jurisdiction and any judicial resolution of said claim must be had exclusively in the Court of General Jurisdiction of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
- Within thirty (30) days after a prize claim is timely filed in the Court and the issues joined therein, the Court shall refer the matter for mandatory mediation with a former or sitting federal magistrate or state judge or a duly certified tribal or state certified mediator. Such mediator may be selected by mutual agreement of the parties or by the Court if the parties cannot agree on selection.
- Mediation must be completed within sixty (60) days from the Court’s order unless the parties mutually agree and notify the Court that a thirty (30) day extension will be useful for the purpose of final resolution of the case. Within ten (10) days from the expiration of the sixty (60) or ninety (90) day period or settlement, as the case may be, the parties shall jointly file a report concerning the results of the mediation.
- If the claim is not resolved by mediation, the case shall proceed in its regular order in accordance with the Rules of the Court.
- Consent to suit is granted only to the extent such claim does not exceed the prize limit. Under no circumstances shall any award exceed the prize limit.
- Consent to suit is only extended to the Guest actually claiming to have engaged in the play of a covered game on which the claim is based.
- Prize claims shall not be assignable. In the event any assignment of the prize claim is made, or any person other than the claimant entitled to make the claim becomes a party to any action hereunder, this consent shall be deemed revoked for all purposes.
- Not withstanding the foregoing, consent to suit shall not be revoked if an action on a prize claim is filed by (i) a court-appointed representative of a claimant’s estate, or (ii) an indispensable party, provided that nothing herein is intended to, or shall constitute a consent to suit against the enterprise as to such party except to the extent such party’s claim is:
- In lieu of and identical to the claim that would have been made by the claimant directly but for the appointment of said representative or indispensable party, and participation of such party is in lieu of and not in addition to pursuit of the claim by the Guest, and
- The claim of such party would have been subject to a consent to suit hereunder if it had been made by the claimant directly.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts expressly reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, over portions of these rules from time to time, and at any time.
Tort Claim
A Tort Claim is when a Guest may seek just and reasonable compensation for personal injury or property damage arising out of an incident that has occurred at the gaming facility.
- A tort claim form may be obtained from any Choctaw Casinos & Resorts Supervisor or Manager on Duty.
- All tort claim notices should be signed and completed by the claimant.
- All notices of tort claims must be under oath.
- Any Guest having a tort claim shall file a written tort claim notice by delivery or mail to the Choctaw Nation Gaming Commission (“CNGC”) at PO Box 5229 Durant, OK 74702.
- The date the tort claim notice is received will be the official date of filing.
- The tort claim notice shall be filed within one (1) year of the date of the event which allegedly caused the claimed loss.
- Failure to file the tort claim notice within one (1) year shall forever bar such tort claim.
- A claim filed after 90 days of the event but within one (1) year, shall have the judgment reduced by ten percent (10%).
- The claimant may be asked to appear to be interviewed or examined under oath at least once under reasonable circumstances, which shall include the attendance of the claimant’s legal counsel if requested.
- If an interview/examination under oath is requested, the claimant will be given at least thirty (30) days written notice.
- If, upon proper notification, the claimant fails to appear for an interview/examination under oath, this will be deemed as a voluntary withdrawal of the tort claim.
- A tort claim will be promptly reviewed and investigated in order to make a determination of the validity or extent of the claim. Any portion of a tort claim which is unresolved shall be deemed denied if the Choctaw Nation fails to notify the claimant in writing of its approval within ninety (90) days of the filing date. The parties may, by written agreement, extend the date by which a denial shall be deemed issued if no other action is taken. Each extension shall be for no more than 90 days.
- A judicial proceeding for any cause arising from a tort claim may be filed only if the following requirements have been met:
- The claimant has followed all required tort claim procedures, including, without limitation, the delivery of a valid and timely written tort claim notice to the CNGC,
- The Choctaw Nation has denied the tort claim, and
- The claimant has filed the judicial proceeding no later than the 180th day after denial of the claim by the Choctaw Nation.
- The Choctaw Nation will grant consent to suit in a court of competent jurisdiction with respect to a tort claim only if the requirements listed above in #13 have been met
- By signing and submitting this claim form, the undersigned acknowledges the claim arises on

- Consent to suit is granted only to the extent such claim or any award or judgment rendered thereon does not exceed the limit of liability. Under no circumstances shall any consent to suit be effective as to any award which exceeds such applicable amounts.
- Consent to suit is only extended to the Guest actually claiming to have been injured.
- In the event any assignment of the tort claim is made in violation of this Compact, or any person other than the Guest claiming the injury becomes a party to any action hereunder, this consent shall be deemed revoked for all purposes.
- Notwithstanding the above, consent to suit shall not be revoked if an action on a tort claim is filed by (i) a court appointed representative of a claimant’s estate, (ii) an indispensable party, or (iii) a health provider or other party subrogated to the claimant’s rights by virtue of any insurance policy; provided, that nothing herein is intended to, or shall constitute a consent to suit against the enterprise as to such party except to the extent such party’s claim is:
- In lieu of and identical to the claim that would have been made by the claimant directly but for the appointment of said representative or indispensable party, and participation of such party is in lieu of and not in addition to pursuit of the claim by the Guest, and
- The claim of such party would have been subject to consent to suit hereunder if it had been made by the claimant directly. This procedure is the exclusive method for filing a tort claim with any Choctaw Casinos & Resorts location Tort claims that do not follow these procedures will be forever barred.
- Choctaw Casinos & Resorts expressly reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, ove portions of these rules from time to time, and at any time.
Title 31
Choctaw Casinos & Resorts are legally obligated to comply with Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) reporting regulations which requires casinos and card clubs to obtain information about individuals conducting certain types of transactions. Therefore, all Choctaw Casinos & Resorts reserve the right to request and require identification for any cash transaction, regardless of the amount. This requirement applies whether the individual is conducting the transaction on behalf of themselves or someone else.
The following personal identification information is required:
- Amount of Transaction
- Guest’s Name
- Physical Address
- Social Security Number (verified)
- Government-issued Photo ID
- Date of Birth
Whenever transactions between a Guest and the casino exceed the cash-in or cash-out threshold within a twenty-four (24) hour gaming day, a Currency Transaction Report (CTR) must be filed by the casino with FinCEN. The BSA requires that cash transactions be aggregated. Cash-in and cash-out transactions do not offset each other. Casino Associates are prohibited from advising or assisting Guests in circumventing Title 31 reporting requirements.
